S.H.E. TRUCKING,LLC was founded in 2017 by Sharae Moore professional truck driver from Chattanooga, TN. The mission of women empowering women in nontraditional careers united a movement for professional women nationwide.


S.H.E. TRUCKING™ SISTERHOOD Facebook community is the largest online Facebook group with over 10,000 professional women in transportation. The community is a place where professional women share industry related topics, mentor, and network.



S.H.E. TRUCKING  APPAREL is the first clothing brand made by and for professional women in the trucking industry. The brand has exhibited at the largest truck shows in the United States.



S.H.E. TRUCKING,LLC-CDL TRAINING  is a minority women owned training school in Chattanooga, Tennessee that offers a verity classes in transportation. Our CDL Permit class has 100% pass rate.



If you want to become a licensed truck driver, then you need to earn your CDL Permit.


To get your CDL (Commercial Drivers License), you need to:

  • Have a valid drivers license.

  • Be at least 21 years of age or above.

  • Familiarize yourself with your state’s copy of CDL manual.

  • Submit your CDL application and pay the fee (varies for each state).

You must pass the following tests and skills to get your commercial drivers license. 

The process goes as follows:

  1. CDL Permit Tests

  • General Knowledge​ 

  • Air Brakes

  • Combination Vehicles 

  ​2. Pre-Trip Inspection

  • Air Brake Leak Down Test

  3. Learn 3 Backing Maneuvers

  • Based on you state

  4. Driving Test

We have a 100% pass rate, which speaks volumes about the quality of service we offer. We will provide you with a list of trucking school options to pick one that suits you the most. Please note that the requirements for getting a CDL permit vary for each state. But you do not need to worry; it is our job to help you understand what these differences are in case you decide to shift states.
